New York-based Rockefeller Group revealed the name of the tallest skyrise to alter Atlanta’s skyline in over 30 years: Alina.
The mixed-use tower, which topped out at 749 feet in November, will bring 357 apartments ranging from studios to penthouses to Midtown. It will also offer 224,000 square feet of office space over eight floors and 6,300 square feet of ground-floor retail.
The 60-story building, located at 1072 W. Peachtree St., will have a variety of amenities, including these stand-outs: A “one of a kind” dog run on the 20th floor with panoramic city views, “Midtown Atlanta’s only high-rise, resort-style pool” and Midtown Atlanta’s largest outdoor deck, The Pavilion at 1072, according to an announcement.
“After years of strategic planning and design, we’re excited to formally introduce Alina,” said John Petricola, senior managing director of the southeast region at Rockefeller Group. “These residences reflect the pinnacle of our vision for 1072 West Peachtree, a vertically connected community where elevated design, modern convenience and immersive experiences come together to create a truly distinctive lifestyle in Atlanta.”
Units will offer high ceilings, keyless entry, stainless-steel kitchen appliances, wine refrigerators, custom cabinetry and custom-tiled showers. The penthouses will go a step further and offer backlit vanity mirrors, freestanding bathtubs, Viking stainless-steel appliances, dry bars and walk-in closets.
Bozzuto will lead leasing, which is set to begin in the second quarter.
