Joe Ruggles is the Owner and Qualifying Broker of New South Residential, a real estate brokerage serving Alpharetta, North Fulton County, and the greater North Atlanta market, with additional brokerage credentials in Florida.

With more than 40 years of real estate experience, Joe has built a career in residential real estate sales, brokerage ownership, agent recruitment, and professional development. He has recruited and mentored more than 600 real estate agents and personally completed more than 1,000 real estate brokerage transactions.

Licensed originally in Dallas, Texas, in 1983, Joe relocated to Atlanta in 1993 and has extensive experience in the Georgia residential real estate market. He earned his Florida Broker license in 2025.

Through New South Residential, Joe combines local market knowledge, practical transaction experience, and brokerage leadership to help buyers, sellers, investors, and real estate professionals make informed decisions.

New South Residential serves Alpharetta, Milton, Johns Creek, Roswell, and surrounding North Atlanta communities.
